William joined Reich Adell & Cvitan in 2003. Mr. Sheh represents public and private sector labor unions and multi-employer trust funds in federal and state court litigation, as well as administrative proceedings and arbitrations, in the areas of employee benefits, employment and labor law, and bankruptcy proceedings. In addition to traditional labor and employment matters, Mr. Sheh has represented clients in intellectual property and commercial property disputes. His practice also includes advising political action committees, political candidates and ballot measure proponents, and representing political action committees, political candidates and ballot measure proponents in state court litigation, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Federal Election Commission, Fair Political Practices Commission, and City of Los Angeles Ethics Commission.
Prior to joining Reich Adell & Cvitan, Mr. Sheh was an associate for a national multi-practice law firm and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Leslie Tchaikovsky (ret.), U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California.
