Neelam joined Reich Adell & Cvitan in 1999 and advises all types of multi-employer funds and public sector health and welfare funds. Ms. Chandna also counsels benefit plans in ERISA litigation and California health law. She represents trust funds in the construction, baking, transportation, and entertainment industries and public sector, such as VEBA. She has spoken on various ERISA topics, from a broad overview of the statute to more current issues such as health care reform for organizations such as the Lawyers Coordinating Committee of the AFL-CIO and for the Employee Benefits Committee of the Labor and Employment section of the American Bar Association.
Ms. Chandna previously worked for the Employee Benefits Security Administration of the United States Department of Labor, where she dealt with ERISA issues regarding both single employer and multi-employer plans.
