Melissa Padilla Lemus joined Reich Adell & Cvitan in 2023. Ms. Padilla represents clients in federal district courts, bankruptcy courts and state courts to collect unpaid employee fringe benefit contributions, enforce employer obligations to employee benefit plans, and enforce judgments against employers.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Padilla practiced probate litigation and handled trust and probate actions, from inception through trial. She also practiced employment litigation in which she represented plaintiffs in FEHA-based actions.
During law school, Ms. Padilla externed for two terms for the Honorable Vincent P. Zurzolo in the Central District of California, United States Bankruptcy Court.
