Marianne Reinhold has practiced labor law exclusively with Reich Adell & Cvitan since 1985. Ms. Reinhold has extensive experience representing clients in employment and labor law matters in federal and state court litigation, as well as administrative proceedings and arbitrations.
Ms. Reinhold is a frequent speaker on Labor Law for the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of California, Public Sector Program, the Orange County Industrial Relations Research Association, the California Teachers Association, and the California Community College Association. Ms. Reinhold is often asked to speak at seminars and conferences on topics regarding the disability discrimination, sexual harassment, and issues affecting community college instructors and kindergarten through twelfth grade teachers.
