Hirsch Adell has practiced labor and benefits law exclusively since 1963. Mr. Adell co-founded the firm in 1975 along with Julius “Mel” Reich with the goal of providing excellent legal representation to labor organizations and employee benefit plans that serve the interests of workers in the private and public sectors.
In a career that exceeds fifty years, and forty years at the firm, Mr. Adell has handled almost every type of legal issue that can arise in labor and employee benefits law, including extensive litigation and appellate work, advice on regulatory compliance, representation of trustees in government audits and investigations, and as general counsel. Mr. Adell is nationally recognized for his expertise in these fields. His principal practice today is the representation of private and public sector employee benefit plans in all aspects of their functioning.
